During the family Mother's Day party today, my mom brought out a hat box full of my Granny's (my mom's grandma) stuff. There's all sorts of fun things in there including broaches, a feather hat, leather gloves and all sorts of fun jewelry. Granny also wore wigs, so of course there was one in there. We had a great time with it.....

So that's were Granny's hat boxes got to, you lucky ducks! I used to play with those down in her basement when I was little. I remember trying on all the funny hats; some of them even had the mesh thing that hangs down over your eyes. You open up a box and pull out instant vintage drama- all feathers and felt! Yeah, Granny's hats are awesome. The wigs look great on you guys, too.
