Back to being a working mother. I HATE it. Just the thought of it makes me cry sometimes. But the money had to run out sometime, I guess. You might not have known, but I haven't worked at all this year...and I've loved every minute of it! I got to see Chandler's first steps instead of hear about them. It's been so much fun and I wish more than anything that I could just stay home with her. Hopefully someday. I'm really lucky though. My sister Amy watches Chandler for me and is so good to her. Her and her husband and all of her kids love her like she's their own, and I never have to worry that she's going to be mistreated. It's a huge relief. I don't know if I could handle daycare.
My job is as a receptionist/office worker at my sister Cara's clinic in Ogden. I start Monday. I'm most excited about wearing scrubs so the only wardrobe decision I have to make in the mornings is what color to wear. I need to go get me some (does anyone know where I can get some cute ones, by the way?) soon. It should be a fun place to work. Even if I don't like the job, it will be a blast to work with Cara. She's fun!!
Other than that, my life is consumed with wedding plans. We've booked a photographer and a venue, so it's all in the details now. I find it hard to think about anything else actually. The dress is my stressor right now. I've ordered 2....and returned them both. I'm so picky! I've got a vision in my head of what it should look like, and I just can't find it! The shoes are also giving me grief. Is it too much to ask for a pair of yellow heels?! I don't think so. I LOVE wedding planning (I wish I could do it for a living actually) so I'm having so much fun. I spend hours on the internet looking for stuff. It's a blast, especially when I actually find what I'm looking for. It should all some together and be so cute! Wish me luck!
Here are some random pics from the last little while....
This one is when Mike, Chandler, Cara and I were at Cafe Rio. She has been working on putting her shoes on all by herself, and she finally got it on (on the right foot, even!) and was so proud! Her foot is up on the table to show us and she's clapping for herself. She's such a doll.

This one is for Cara. She sent home these nerdy stickers with my mom and Chand had a lot of fun with them. They say "It's cool to be healthy".

Brookie's kitty had 5 cute kittens on May 11th. They are so cute! They are crawling all over the place and they fight over nipples when they eat. It's hilarious. There are 3 that aren't yet spoken for....anyone want a kitty?

I'm sorry you have to work. I have always wanted to stay home with my kids and watch them grow up but everything is so exspensive now. I will probably have to work when I have kids too. At least you know your not the only one. I sure hope you like your job.
love ya and good luck:)
It's a bummer you have to go back to work, but you're right- there is definitely a bright side to it with your sisters in the equation. I'm so glad you have your family around to help you out!
Good luck with the yellow shoes-
